How Do You Stop a Future Terrorist When the Only Evidence Is a Thought? Wrong Question. First realise the 'Thought' is not their own it is their cultures.

"Culture is critical in shaping the manner in which people perceive, evaluate, and choose options for dealing with conflict. Conflict resolution, as a cultural phenomenon, is highly connected with and dependent on a society’s relevant norms, practices, and institutions. Different cultures develop their own formal and informal ways of handling conflict. This fact becomes ever more important when people from different ethnic, religious, racial, and social backgrounds attempt to solve their conflicts."

Allowing terror free reign as the Western political/social elites are, as well as at the same time enabling the very culture delivering terror-genocide to cross in their millions over Western societal borders means the cultural method terror will work slowly then gathering pace to determine previously normative beliefs-behaviors-process to be subverted to a cultures aggression and the acquiescence of failed cultural gatekeepers to protect their citizens.

Fear of the altruistic 'few' works because behind the few altruistic enforcers/punishers/aligners exist their creators the cultures many's individuals, families, communities and institutions dissimulating, adapting, discovering, improvising to in time overcome. Time is no hindrance in fact it is the main weapon in a consistent relentless attack, between lulls of "a fantastic object-lesson in how people can live together creatively and in harmony", there is no master plan simply cultural developed ethics, values, beliefs significantly differring from surrounding cultures necessitating methods relative to that difference and the timing of the cultures realisation of its world vision not yours.

Not all cultures represent the same level of threat as no snake will inform the same lethality as another of the suborder Serpentes. Cultures can just as easily be destroyed from within as from without by adhering to a dangerous assumption as our psychical substance is the same so therefore must be our natures. In fact even the basis of the assumption may be false if the genetic selection and cultural development process elicits epigenetic changes which result in brain development informs significantly different behavoral outcomes within a cultures behavoral variance.

You stop terrorists by not giving the source culture who systemically creates them and send them into your streets the political/social space to develop the means for doing so. Motivation is intrinsic within the cultural codex and development process and is only triggered by a culture reaching a means threshold, it has nothing to do with whether or not the cultures adherents are in aggregate economically/politically/socially marginalised or dominant as we can see with Islamic Turkey and its 'cleansing' of Democratic institutions. At the exact same time the President of Turkey Endogen is cleansing his institutions civil and military, Endogen is giving the anti-democratic Muslim Brotherhood 4 finger salute in German streets and acknowledges terror is emanating from Muslim culture and has unleashed terror in Turkey and across Europe which Endogen himself threatened to unleash unless Europe conceded to his demands.

Sociologist, social psychologists and the psychology fraternity in general have to reflect are we dealing with points - statistical outliers not representative of the Muslim many's Biology/Culture Ideology codex template development process wave, which can be 'fixed' or are we dealing with a systemic inevitable product of a Biology/Culture Ideologies necessarily developed political method which in the end broaches no defection or challenge? If so is it not not only a lie but a very dangerous one to determine the Muslim many under the Islam Islamist Dichotomy paradigm hold no culpability for what must not be now considered outliers of terror walking from their very development floors?
"The refugees ... will not be accepted into Turkey because previous experiences have shown that with such migrant waves, the entrance of radicals and terrorists into Turkey have been too much," the security official said.

Manifest contradictions contained in a New York Times (NTY) Jan 29, 2017 article regards Donald Trump's rational actions to achieve in part a policy, which is the only one that works anything else is dealing with symptoms, of denying political/social space to prevent the Muslim culture's 'good' creating as they always will, and have altruistic enforcers and punishers to deliver terror-genocide against Other cultures is contained in the following quote from the NTY article.

"By contrast, other neighboring Muslim countries are not on the list, even though some of their citizens pose just as great a risk — if not greater — of exporting terrorism to the United States. Among them are Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt. A vast majority of people living in these countries, like the people living in the seven subject to the immigration ban, are peaceful and law abiding. But these three countries have exported terror to the United States in the past. They accounted for 18 of the 19 terrorists who perpetrated the Sept. 11 attack on American soil (an attack which was directed by another Saudi, Osama Bin Laden, with the assistance of an Egyptian, Ayman al-Zawahri).

At the very same time the writers are admitting citizens of Muslim nations clearly represent a terrorist risk they claim the majority of citizens are "peaceful and law abiding" even though the terrorists can be proved to come from these very same "peaceful and law abiding" citizens families, communities and institutions. Being law abiding and peaceful does not mean you are not personally responsible by your adherence to a cultural codex containing a terror-genocide construct of Other and the development process infant-child-adolescent-adult you and your own are subject to which will, not may create terror against Other cultures.

And worse if the political/social elite continue to refuse after continual attacks to accept the terror is sourced directly from a culture and do not refuse the attacking culture political/social space to continue to inform the same, then Other cultures, their own citizens, will start utilising the exact same method to achieve the same, as clearly the method utilised has become an accepted normative method to resolve significant value-belief differences in the political/social space. Terror works in one direction and is accepted what do you expect to happen? Method will be copied to be utilised to punish the elite or the offending culture directly to show the elite cannot protect their citizens.

understanding what critical thinking is, it might help to contrast it with some forms of‘uncritical’ thinking:
  - Accepting things purely on faith.
  - Thinking that any person’s beliefs, including your own, are ‘true for them’ and cannot be mistaken or criticized.
  - Thinking that your beliefs or worldview somehow require your allegiance. On the contrary: your beliefs should serve you, and they will do that best if they are true.
  - Being too lazy to seek evidence or challenge beliefs.

When the mistreated or non-mistreated of a specific culture systemically  inform terror-genocide where other cultures subject to worse mistreatment do not inform terror-genocide nor the non-mistreated of the same culture, what does this inform you regards the reactive tendencies of the culture delivering terror-genocide, imbued by the parents-mothers and fathers within their children in combination with the culture core ethical constructs and methodology regards Other cultures?  Why therefore should Other for one second take such an excuse for terror-genocide as relevant and more to the point why does any psychologist for such an observation of mistreatment is clearly not the cause of the cultures terror-genocide if the non-mistreated perpetrate such behavior as well?

SOCIALISATION: Process by which we learn to become members of society by internalizing the norms and values of society and also by learning to perform our social roles.

"Kochanska and Akasan (2006) conscience is a personality system that gets coherently organised early in life and is relatively stable over time. Individual differences in conscience emerge as a complex interplay between children's temperamental individuality and socialisation in the family.

Kochanska and Knaack (2003) also looked at a negative influence of maternal power-assertive child-rearing style on the development of conscience. This relation was indeed found, and it is interesting that it was found to be mediated by the child's effort control (EC). In other words, this study suggested that maternal power-assertive discipline may impair the child's development of EC, which in turn may impair his or her development of conscience."

"Despite deeply conservative and gendered regulation, brutal violence, and widespread coverage of the group’s use of rape, more than 600 women have left Western countries to join Daesh. Researchers explain this recruitment primarily through women’s desire for romantic adventure, deception on social media, and anti-Western sentiment spurred by discrimination and violence in their home states. Using an original dataset of social media activity from seventeen Western female recruits between 2011-2015, we evaluate these arguments and offer a new explanation centered on a religious and political ideology that necessitates a physical hijra (migration) to Iraq or Syria. We find consistent evidence that anti-Western sentiment and ideological commitment drive women’s migration. This finding has valuable implications for counterterrorism policy and security studies, which tend to treat women’s mobilization as separate from general extremism. Our findings suggest female recruits should be taken seriously as motivated insurgents intent on establishing an Islamic caliphate."

SENT TO SLAUGHTER? No as with women, research determines a cultures 5-7 age group ,inclusive of girls, are primed at maximum prejudice level based upon cultural categorisation of Other and thereafter the prejudice level falls marginally to be almost impossible to change afterwards without intensive cognitive therapy which has been found to be not very successful - try that with a billion adherents.

Muslim children are potentially more imbued prejudice against Other than adults in the same space they walk to slaughter Other as the adults, including women, do founded on exactly the same justification and authorisation schema Muslim adult terrorists utilise to excuse and support their actions. Determining children with such imbued dangerous levels of prejudice and the mothers who create them of cultures which inform systemic social hostility should be determined as innocent civilians when they are the source of cultural terror-genocide is a very dangerous policy perspective - for what has resulted from utilising such a view - peace and security, no fortification and closing off of public access to Democratic institutions, and enormous reallocation of scarce resources simply to protect ourselves from a culture we allow based on failed human abstract reasoning as the bloody piles increasing manifest before us as evidence?

Behavior on such a vast scale across time and space emanating from a particular conscience derived from a particular cultural codex and exemplar behavior, such as we see everyday before us, of Muslim adherent appetitive aggression, from as many nations as there exist in situ Muslim communities, to determine such behavior not statistical outliers but inherent of Muslim derived nature, and which must as research is increasingly providing evidence due to Muslim cultural codex and exemplar derived infant-child-adolescent-adult development process, yet still we do not act to protect ourselves nor our children from such a barbaric social construct.

It appears from research women-mothers are integral to the creation of terrorists and excusing women from being culpable for terrorism particularly mothers for the creation of terrorists in the first instance via their nurturing of their children simply because they are determined to exist in a Man constructed rationale under which they are clearly subject does not determine women less dedicated to advancing their cultures world view over the bodies of Other and even their own fellow adherents if they believe they are not measuring up to cultural

"In the Qur’an, Allah is described as ‘merciful’ and ‘compassionate’. Why do we find no reflection of that among jihadis who claim to struggle in his name? Jihadis only possess a pseudo sense of empathy. They may appear to be empathic but it is a narcissistic empathy, for they are only empathic within their own group; it does not extend anywhere into their external world as evidenced by their murderous destructive behaviors.[1] Their stoic, dissociated affect shows neither compassion nor remorse as their fellow brethren engage in wanton beheadings and executions. In shame honor societies where children are humiliated and laughed at for having feelings and emotionality, it is no wonder that the capacity for empathy did not develop during their early years. Research by neuroscientists and mental health experts has shown strong links between violence and early childhood."

French journalist goes undercover with Islamic State terror cell, ABC, Four Corners By Ruth Fogarty, 11 Jul 2016 ignores the reality the callous and uncaring traits observed are necessarily developed by the parenting styles framed by cultural constructs of Other and the rationale have to be based upon a cultural justification and authorisation for such actions otherwise all cultures would be informing the exact same behavior - they are not. A Muslim investigating their own ideology, as will any avowed adherent of an ideology, will come up with what answer as to cause of systemic violence stemming from their
culture?

A
person, group, community, society and the cultures from which they are derived should never be judged and dealt with based upon select ethics-morals-values-motivation methodology they espouse as the true source of their behaviour but upon the actual behaviour each inform and the full version upon which this behavior is based. For does it matter to the victims the degree of espoused purity of intention of a person, group, community, society and the culture providing the framework by which each systematise-excuse such behaviour? What matters is what actually happens, not what we assume-presume should happen if the selected 'good 'principles in our Constitution, and Cultural Codex be they secular or religious or a combination of both were intended to inform.

For it will be found for those cultures signifying their Cultural Codex protects the innocent, it does not seek in any way to harm them, whilst at the same time professed adherents systemically inform terror genocide against Other there will be found within their cultural Codex a definition of innocent so circumscribed as to determine the cultural codex existence of globalised innocence as
illusory.

Lets keep it simple - if your next door neighbors children consistently succeeded/attempted to kill your children which no other neighbors children attempt to do-given parents have a great deal to do with the nature of their children's cultural-belief systems and motivation-reactive tendencies - even as it turns out the degree of a child's callous and uncaring traits - how is it racist to demand the parents be held accountable for the systemic exhibited behavior of children from this household? For who has set these infant-child-adolescent-adult ethics-morals-values-beliefs-motivation political/social methodology path, they or their parents-culture? Who therefore has to be held culpable to stop this terror the ones who deliver it or the ones who create them?

Only the 'few' is clearly a lie for where are the 'many' in response? Does silence mean Other will be safe, we know by experience it is exactly the opposite whatever statements may be made in private surveys as we see the effect, the actual outcome is not peace and harmony, the 'few' are in fact the 'many' and always have been. Even if a 'few' as these so called 'moderate' adherents of such a heinous codex claim, these 'few' as research clearly shows have an effect completely out of proportion to their actual numbers. Why should Other bare the tragic burden of such systemic cultural derived infamy arising from a cultures behavioral variance no matter how many of such a culture claim to be 'good'. For Frank Seidler there are coercive and childhood intercourse. The man with the sparse head hair and the more impressive gray noise beard is a psychotherapist and chairman of the European Missionary Community (EMG). He says, "For many people who come here, we are the last hope."
....
Often the Muslim women - from Iran, from Afghanistan or the Caucasus - are looking for a way out of their marriage and therefore are rejected by their families. In a culture where people live strictly according to the rules of the Koran, a woman is only honorable if she has a husband, says Seidler. That leaves the men free: they could deal with them as they please.

Sabina Nazarian works as an interpreter for Farsi and Dari at EMG. She fled Afghanistan from Germany many years ago, declaring: "When a woman divorces, she has no value or protection in society." She is then free of birds. This leads to the fact that some women are tortured for years - and bear it in silence. "It's embarrassing," says Nazarian. "They're afraid that they'll be more expelled when they talk."

Culture
creates via family-community-institutions an individual adherents behavioral variance and clearly as psychological research shows not all cultures infant-child-adolescent-adult development process framed by ther codex ethics-morals-values-beliefs-motivation and political/social methodology represent the same inherent risk to Other.

If it was indeed ISIS, IS, etc or the many many Muslim altruistic representative names historic, current and developing does it really matter to the victims or those families, communities, and nations suffering unfathomable grief derived from just one 'hacked' life of a child causes let alone in aggregate the millions over time past and to come? When will we hold to account the culture whose cultural codex construct of other, development process infant-child-adolescent-adult and dense network control systemically since the seventh century have created and sustained these cultural altruistic 'few' punishers/aligners who deal terror-genocide against Other and even against their own? Should such a cultural recipe delivering such tragedy continue to be tolerated in our midst?

Cultural
schemas are learn't when, how, why & may inform significantly different reactive responses to a perceived challenge as defined by a culture (be it determined a real or nonexistent challenge from an Other rational model perspective) of cultural codex-a culture's worldview political/social which means? Well for one thing it means an adherent of a culture does not become radicalised in a week attached to 21st century or 7th century technology. It is a dangerous lie. Why would any social psychologist promote or allow such a dangerous deception to continue to exist that it is the individual not the many-social group of the culture responsible for the aggression-violence-terror against Other? Dangerous because what does it allow the culture to continue to deliver to humanities streets?

"Even in integrated theories that account for both personal and situational factors (see Anderson & Bushman, 2002), the bulk of the explanatory power is placed on the individual. In other words, the classic developmental and personality theories of aggression do not necessarily constitute theories of group aggression, yet groups commit and receive more aggression than individuals (Meier & Hinsz, 2004). "How Do You Stop a Future Terrorist When the Only Evidence Is a Thought?" Wrong Question as the 'Thought' is not their own it is their cultures. The right question:

'How Do You Stop a Culture creating Terrorists (cultural altruistic enforcers/punishers) When the Only Evidence Is a Thought?'

First realise the 'Thought' is not the terrorists own 'Thought', it is their cultures 'Thought'. You have to face the fact the 'few' terrorists are altruistic enforcers/punishers created for a cultural 'rational' system purpose otherwise the 'few' would never come into existence utilising the ethics-values-beliefs-motivation nor methodology the 'few' do, as social psychology research tells us the 'few' are few in number relative to the whole because of the intrinsic cost of being one of the true-perfect believer ‘few’, and importantly fear & the cultural codex knowledge⇆justification and authority works to achieve the required Tranquility of Silence-relative degrees of cultural acquiescence along the cultural behavioral variance to achieve cultural
goals.

"In the war against terrorism, the French police and intelligence services are targeting about 15,000 individuals who may pose a threat."
15,000 Islamists that police monitors, JDD, Europe 1, October 8th, 2016

The
whole of culture, the ‘many’, are therefore not required at the cultural front nor would it be culturally advisable to do so for how is the culture to sustain itself all out on the front line? Given the extreme cultural methodology of certain cultural derived altruistic enforcers/punishers some cultures necessarily require a relatively sophisticated developed mantel of deniability – otherwise how long would Other cultures put up with their presence before Other cultures moved decisively to remove this attacking culture from their space? States supporting the continuing existence of such a culture in their space necessarily fall in line with the cultures defence strategy as the State have to justify the bloody bodies in the streets are not due to lack of State action.

And what will, not may, happen where such a deviance construct of blasphemy is introduced by such dangerous ill-considered elite
views?

"Friday, September 30 is International Blasphemy Rights Day, a day to stand in support of the right to question, criticize, and challenge ideas, at a time when blasphemy laws strip that right from millions around the world. "..perverts the religion of Islam"? All enforcing Islamic behavioral constructs in the streets, in Western police departments and security and military establishments and the many who enable them to be there to do so, and are even watching what the Western modernity determines as atrocities, are mentally ill, suffer from schizophrenia, obsessed, extremists - so many? Those objecting to a culture systematically informing terror-genocide and tragic misogynistic outcomes are suffering from a mental illness a phobia? It is rationally based upon the evidence as well as statistically absurd to claim so.

So claiming you’re the ‘many’ innocent and not culpable is really unacceptable in an inter-cultural conflict where these cultural derived terrorists, as they have to be, utilizing terror-genocide come into Other cultures space and even attack their own as such cultures with an inherent codex construct of terror-genocide tend to do –everyone, everyone in turn may be determined as Other.

Secondly
you have to face the fact these 'few' are created via the cultures 'many' non radicalised. 'moderate', law abiding families, communities and institutions development process infant-child-adolescent-adult imbued with cultural ethics-morals-values-beliefs-motivation and methodology individuals do not make up their own the culture is therefore culpable - the few will be replaced.

".. survey found that majorities in Morocco, Egypt, Pakistan, and Indonesia—ostensibly moderate Muslim countries—favored a strict application of Shari‘a law in every Islamic country and keeping Western values out of Islamic counties. However, that survey reports the attitudes of residents in non-Western countries that enforce Shari‘a to varying degrees. It might be expected that Muslims in the West—who are immersed in Western culture, values, and democracy—would express different attitudes than their counterparts in the Middle East, Far East, and North Africa.

Unfortunately, the results of the current survey strongly suggest that Islam—as it is generally practiced in mosques across the United States—continues to manifest a resistance to the kind of tolerant religious and legal framework that would allow its followers to make a sincere affirmation of liberal citizenship. This survey provides empirical support for the view that mosques across America, as institutional and social settings for mosque-going Muslims, are at least resistant to social cooperation with non-Muslims. Indeed, the overwhelming majority of mosques surveyed promoted literature supportive of violent jihad and a significant number invited speakers known to have promoted violent jihad and other behaviors that are inconsistent with a reasonable construct of liberal citizenship.”

Adan said his son was born in Kenya but grew up in the United States. Other family members said Dahir Adan was beginning his third year as a student at St. Cloud State University.

Police told Ahmed Adan about 9 p.m. Saturday that his son had died at the mall, he said. He had “no suspicion” of his son being involved in any terrorist activity, he added. Police raided the apartment on St. Germain Street on Sunday morning and seized photos and other materials, Ahmed Adan said.

Inside the building where the Adans lived, a neighbor said the younger Adan sometimes wore a security guard uniform. A cousin down the hall in the same building described Dahir Adan as a good person who minded his own business.

At the news conference Sunday, St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis said three of the nine stabbing victims remained hospitalized as of 7 a.m. ...

Contained in the last qoute are invalid assumptions and fallacious basis for denial. The most pertinent dangerous assumptions 'There is more that unite us than divide us' murder by the Muslim culture would not occur if this were the case, also there is no threat from enabling the Islamic/Muslim refugees or even immigrants crossing into Others space and lack of a job or lack of education is the cause of terror.

Thirdl
y even with cultures with an inherent cultural terror-genocide construct of Other in their codex there will always be the 'good' in any cultural bounded behavioral variance telling you they want peace and harmony, possibly even believing it to be true, diminishingly reflecting back your own ethics-beliefs within their behavioral variance particularly in an Other dominated political/social space - it is what is systemically occurring in the other part of the same behavioral variance which is the truth of the matter regards the culture.

The reality of 'more' religion creates a parental delusional state regards the altruistic nature of their children regards Other. Taking religious outliers expounding greater positive altruistic motives regards Other on the basis of their perceived religiosity-spirituality is a very dangerous mistake particularly if you are responsible for policy making - responsible in the process of being responsible for fellow citizens lives.

".. higher levels of harsh parenting were positively related to child behavior problems at both high and low levels of child callous unemotional (CU) behavior behavior in cross-sectional and longitudinal models....
...parental harshness may have a non-specific effect on increases in both CU behavior and general behavior problems, which could have lasting implications for parental socialization efforts and child conduct problems at later stages of development."

"Corporal punishment varies widely across countries. In the eight countries involved in the
present study, overall effects showed that corporal punishment was related to increases, and maternal warmth was related to decreases, in children’s anxiety and aggression over time."

You promote/excuse cultural violence as a means of infant-child-adolecent-adult development you will reap violence and deliver it to Other.

The point is Muslim ethics-values-motivation methodology of these 'good' Muslim families, communities and institutions are creating and sustaining within their very midst these 'angels' - clearly the existent Muslim schemas do not contradict but in fact must enable such terrorist behavior otherwise it would not exist. Culture the whole culture including the 'good' must be culpable and held to be so. Why? Individuals do not invent their own ethics-values-beliefs-motivation methodology cultures impose them and they as any system must have an inherent reason from systemically informing the same.

Fourthly
your cultural rational view as to the definition of 'moderate' under another cultural 'rational' system can never be assumed to be the same nor any where near it. Holding to this 'moderate' claim as proof a culture does not inherently determine your cultural demise 'conversion' in the end game, particularly in an Other dominated space is a very dangerous approach particularly given the Islamic/Muslim schemas enable such so called moderate to inevitably become the so called 'few' as altruistic enforcers/punishers change tactics as they will and always have to make sure the normative values of the Islamic/Muslim culture are adhered to. Any cultural gatekeeper observed making such a fatal error should be removed immediately from any inter-cultural policy development influence.

"But what exactly did they mean by “moderate Islam”? Unpacking that term made it clear how wide the values gap is between Saudi Arabia and its American ally. The kingdom’s “moderate Islam” publicly beheads criminals, punishes apostates and prevents women from traveling abroad without the permission of a male “guardian.

Don’t even ask about gay rights."

“When we describe one of our friends as rational, we often want to imply that they are dispassionate, logical, thoughtful, and in control of their actions.

However, to a decision scientist, “rational” means “consistency with some model.” Rational decisions are not necessarily dispassionate, nor well-reasoned, nor selfish. They aren’t even necessarily good decisions, from others’ perspectives. They simply are consistent.

Rational choice models do not assume anything about what a decision maker prefers; they only state that those preferences consistently lead to choices.

Rational does not mean that a decision was generated by a conscious or logical or reasoned process. Instead, rationality refers to the outcome of decisions."

Cultural codex constructs (categorisation engines) and development process not to blame? As the research determines otherwise you are going have to provide yourself with actual proof your view is correct simply saying it even believing it is not sufficient as evidence to prove the conclusion above invalid. In aggregate political/social terms given the victims and rising you can understand making the effort to question assumptions is required of all of us.

Whatever are viewed regards the Islamic/Muslim culture or any culture with a terror-genocide construct of Other inherent in their codex for a temporal period of "a fantastic object-lesson in how people can live together creatively and in harmony" it is only ever a temporal space for building to cultural political/social thresholds to enable the renewal of the holocaust against Other, it may not come the next day, the next twenty years, 100 years but it will come.

And
you will see/hear the building of Islamic/Muslim rationale for attacks against Other prior, and to ignore them as aberrations of radicals and not as the inherent ethical-belief system of the Islamic/Muslim culture given the bloody bodies informed by the exact same culture elsewhere in time and space is a dangerous delusion for the pronouncements will be made from the highest levels in the Islamic/Muslim cultural hierarchy by the Islamic/Muslim ideological leadership and they will not stop until the cultures codex constructs of Other + development process are removed from societal public and private spheres.

Australian Foiled Australian attacks:
Australian authorities have disrupted terrorist planning in Australia and thwarted attacks. As a result of their activities, 23 people have been convicted of terrorism offences in Australia in the last four years.
Below is some information on those who were unsuccessful in their attempts to use chemicals of security concern to do harm on Australian soil.
..........
2008 – Abdul Nacer Benbrika and others
Benbrika was convicted in 2008 on the charge of intentionally being the leader and a member of a terrorist organisation. During the trial, jurors heard recordings of Benbrika discussing the use of explosives and whether he could obtain 500kg of ammonium nitrate.
2006 – Faheem Khalid Lodhi
Lodhi was convicted of terrorism offences in 2006 when the court found evidence to suggest he had planned to bomb the national electricity system.
A large amount of incriminating material was found in Lodhi’s possession including a handwritten terrorism manual for the manufacture of homemade poisons and explosives.
Lodhi had provided a false name and fictitious address to a chemical company in order to buy chemicals, and had advised them that he was planning to use the chemicals to start up a detergent company.
2005 – Omar Baladjam and others
A series of raids across the Sydney metropolitan area resulted in nine men being arrested and later charged with conspiring to commit a terrorist act. It was alleged that the arrested men had sourced chemicals and materials that could be used in the preparation of an explosive device.
2004 – Jack Roche
Roche pleaded guilty to planning a terrorist act. He had planned to use homemade bombs to target the Israeli Embassy in Canberra.

What we in the Western Democracies are confronting is in essence an internal crises of significant difference in ethics-values-beliefs as sociology-anthropology developed notions of differing worldviews having equal status-access to societal space despite certain cultures having inherent sociopathy regards Other and women. Where the ideology and development process which informs systemic violence against Other and women cannot be challenged in fact those doing so are either criminalised or at the very least labeled as evil  suffering from mental illness with efforts to have such objectors socially shamed and shunned takes place, even blamed for inciting the very terror-genocide to which their culture is subject.

"The use of force and violence is more commonplace and prevalent in some families, communities, religions, cultural/ethnic groups and societies based on the views and values about adult prerogatives with children espoused. They may also be based upon the sociopathy of the perpetrators." Treatment of Complex Trauma Courtois/Ford @2016

Sociopathy groups of people who adopt belief systems which cause them to behave in a similar fashion.

..it is not aggression which moves armies it is devotion, moreover what brings about such conflicts at its most fundamental level are irreconcilable values, perceptions of a radical different nature, what brings these things about actually is a form of discourse, sometimes we call it propaganda but whatever it is legions are moved by words and symbols… more than the devil made me do it, or instinctually I am like that, people do not go to war because of their evolutionary history they go to war for statable discoverable reasons bound up with politics and culture, civilisation, religious and moral values.. great variety of factors that incline whole peoples to warfare he establishes that these factors are deeply embedded in culture and cultural differences create other differences…
The lamp of history illuminates what is beyond the readers desk, the readers village the ocean which surround the readers nation. When properly constructed the lamp of history, the study of history, illuminates the very commonalities that constitute human nature itself, what is taught is this wherever you find human beings these lessons are lessons worth learning and no matter how different the language or the culture or the customs or the diet there is a root humanity that is reached by such events that will allow us to predict how we are likely to behave under certain conditions and how those conditions therefore should either be promoted or shunned depending upon whether our behaviour is to be laudable or reprehensible.. .. the cause of war, the casus belli, is a complex of conflicting aspirations, someone is trying to achieve something, some group of people are trying to achieve something, and prepared to risk life and limb to do it and to have others die for it.”
Professor Daniel N. Robinson, Oxford University, Author of An Intellectual History of Psychology.

The objectors to the nature of women's condition are told they are bigots and need to 'understand' why the culture acts the way it does, and western ethical-beliefs will in time change their ways - be 'reformed' - being the same logic as being told a Nazi throwing a gas canisters into concrete showers needs 'understanding' and one must wait until the full glory of Western Modernity ethics-beliefs seeps through and all will be well - its a load of BS for there is absolutely no constructed argument to determine how this 'reform' will be attained given there have been calls from individuals both from the culture itself and Other for it to do so for centuries, also there is not argument at all defending why meantime we should even accept victims of such a culture to continue to be thrown in front of us nor how long this 'reform' even if it is possible would take.

The whole approach is based upon false assumptions firstly we are all human therefore we should all get along, culture determines this an impossibility as clearly history has shown and research into the nature of interactions between various groups imbued with significantly differing values - sacred values, it is simply not going to happen has never happened. Either one will remain in societal space or the other as Lincoln rightly determined.

Culture, of course, is related to violence in general and not only to structural violence. For example, culture influences the determination of "thresholds" which pressure on a person must overcome in order to move that person from being controllable, or even positive, to being negative (that is, into violence)." The Culture of Violence, Chp 3. On the relationship between violence and culture - Galtung's concept

".a cluster of friends or fellow travellers may come to hold sacred values, perhaps initially  influenced by one or a few of them, and then fuse into an imagined family-like group  defined and driven by these values. Furthermore, when sacred values are at the core of motivations to make extreme sacrifices, it becomes clear how people can sustain commitment and continue to fight. This result is so even when most of the group they were fused with has perished,."

Also there is an assumption religious ideologies in particular operate under the 'Golden Rule', 'Do unto Others as you would do unto yourself' & Love they Neighbor as thyself & Do not harm innocents, despite clear significant differences to other ideologies be they religious or secular of sacred values which would predict, as mere empirical observation provides evidence for, Other, neighbor, innocent in certain cultural categorisation engines within cultural codex are so circumscibed as to be not like me at all, non-human -ape, evil, not a neighbor nor innocent. Clearly religions as any secular ideology can and do inform infamy against humanity to claim this is not the case has to be a regarded as a severe psychological delusional state for the evidence across history to this very day informs us otherwise. The following quote is an example of such delusion underwriting a policy which refuses to hold the Islamic/Muslim culture culpable for its systemic crimes crimes against Other and women.

“.. 34 Do not think that I have come to send peace on earth: I did not come to send peace, but a sword. 35 For I have come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36 And a man's foes shall be those of his own household."

391 AD:
“Theophilus Patriarch of Alexandria released his monks to attack pagans who had occupied the Serupium, temple to Serapis, centre of an important library and lecture halls the museion, academy of arts and sciences founded in the 3rd century BC by King Ptolemy I. The Monks attacked the pagans, the argument was the pagans were secretly worshiping in underground sanctuaries, and this was against the laws recently passed by the Emperor Theodosius I.

The pagans objected and occupied the Serupium and the museion to protect them and the monks and a large Christian crowds, really a rabble, it would be equivalent to the old mob in the early Roman Empire. They stormed into these buildings smashing the statues, destroying the papyrus scrolls then the fighting spread across the city of Alexandria. Of course the Imperial army did nothing the population was maddened over the issue. They broke in carted off the cult statues to be melted down, they were turned into cookery, they were turned them into liturgical objects, for the use by Christians. Cult statues such as the great phallus of Priapus one of the famous fertility Gods was paraded around and cast into the streets as an absolutely disgusting idol Christians would have nothing to do with.

The result of this attack on the Serupium and museion was that classical Alexandria was essentially destroyed and Christian Alexandria emerged. Scholars and popular writers have viewed this destruction as a turning point, and there is a good reason to do so, the pagans that witnessed it, witnessed this destruction were absolutely intimidated and there are reports of conversions on the spot.

The Christian mob led by the monks destroyed these cult statues, nothing had happened. In addition the entire action although not ordered by the Imperial Government certainly the Emperor Theodosius I approved. And it is the climax to a series of legislation issued by Theodosius I who came to the throne in 379 AD who would forever ban the pagan sacrifices and also impose unity in the Imperial church.  .. The Christians finally destroyed the pagan sanctuaries, where essentially between 391-414 wiped out that elite class that provided the neo-platonic philosophers.”

The Fall of the Pagans and the Origins of Medieval Christianity, Professor Kenneth W. Harl

And before this were any Christians with Roman/Greek supporters who were even teaching Christians in their own Platonic schools, in Roman armies dying for the Emperor-Roman culture, determining Christians as a culture peaceful and only seeking friendship and harmony with Other-pagans? After this what happened and how is this any different to a Islamic/Muslim culture exhibiting exactly the same behavior regards Other-pagans now? And importantly what evidence have you that the methodology of imposition will not be the same, the outcome in time as we see being played out in the Turkey purge will not be in time the same? Avoidance when so much is at stake is really a good strategy for such a  conflict. And clearly the bloody bodies in our streets determine it a inter-cultural conflict for control of space political/social.
Why should Other-Pagans determine the following statements with any less disgust given the reality, the bloody bodies in the streets, the significantly different political/social paradigms being imposed and attempted to be imposed upon humanity

“Islam is innocent” is an incomplete sentence. Introspection is needed, for, if we shy away from reality, the alternative will be more images like those we witnessed last Tuesday night, when brave Lt. Muath Al Kasasbeh was burnt to death in a cage.

The inconvenient truth that is overlooked or willfully ignored by apologists for the indefensible is the fact that Wahabism, the cult of mediaeval austerity founded by Ibn Abdul Wahab (1703-1792), has over the last half century been exported to every mosque and school throughout the Muslim world until it completely enveloped mainstream Sunni Islamic teachings.

Wahabism has entirely replaced, and become, Sunni Islam; the two cannot be told apart anymore. Some Wahabist teachings, which have permeated the air we breathe in the Muslim world, are simply irreconcilable with decent human values, especially the ones that declare that every non-Wahabist is a disposable body whose bloodletting is unproblematic."
‘We have a problem’ by Zaid Nabulsi The Jordan Times Feb 10, 2015

"Intellectuals from Saudi Arabia and Jordan to Egypt and Morocco are slamming Muslim leaders and clerics for ignoring the problems of Muslim society and dismissing terror attacks with faulty platitudes such as the oft-repeated, “Not in Islam’s name.”
Another Saudi journalist, Muhammad Aal Al-Sheikh, argues in the daily Al-Jazirah that groups like IS are a faithful representation of Islamic texts that are no longer relevant today and for that reason Muslim law urgently needs updating.

“We cannot dismiss their actions by saying that they ‘do not represent Islam’ when most of their actions originate in books from our past heritage, [books] that dealt with matters of the day in accordance with the conditions and norms of that period, which are different from the conditions and norms of our own period,” he writes.

Writing that global Islam is mired in a “culture of ignorance, backwardness, and violence,” and that the “Arab world is rife with tyranny, poverty, death,” Al-Sheikh called for a “historic reconciliation between Islamic heritage and modern democracy.”"

Muslim Writers: Islam To Blame For Global Terror by DEBORAH DANAN
, 30 Jul 2016

The trouble is systems to change 'fundamentally' actually require the internal constructs to enable it to do so otherwise such a hope is a dangerous one indeed for humanity inclusive of adherents themselves, for even if it was possible which frankly given there is no strategy for doing so Other than continued calls of the 'good' either that the behavior are not reflective of the 'real' Islamic/Muslim culture with terror-genocide increasing not diminishing after each pronouncement, or increasing claims even by Muslims the behavior are reflective of Islamic/Muslim ethics-values-beliefs-methods “the reexamination of religious (Islamic/Muslim) texts” and “revoking the religious legitimacy of interpretations of religious texts permitting ‘killing in the name of God. Those texts and their interpretations..., requiring urgent “criticism, dismantling, additions, omissions," subsequently fails to detail how this can in reality be achieved - anyone can make these claims as to the truth the Islamic/Muslim culture are indeed responsible for terror-genocide against Other and always have been, accepting the statements as proof things will change, the Islamic/Muslim culture will change as a result is simply dangerous delusion give the history of such calls by individuals and groups in the past determining such views as to the innocence of the Islamic/Muslim culture or the necessity for Islamic/Muslim codex and cultural change have clearly failed. Good intentions will not save us as they never have before under the exact same paradigm.

It is also an invalid argument that 'modernity' determines any ideological abstract cultural codex (textual and exemplar (messianic) templates) invented by humans in the 'past' as 'no longer relevant today' for this present moment of time, nor is the claim such political/social abstracts determined in the past as they necessarily have to be relate to "conditions and norms of that (past) period, which are different from the conditions and norms of our own period,”  and therefore have no right to be analogised into time and space to inform behavior individual/group institutional in the present. Such an argument can be simply turned to determine all political/social abstracts void for any political/social abstract defining human relationships/behaviors, they are all mere inventions how ever well intended to form societies.

History and even in our own times shows us the folly of depending upon anyone's version of 'modernity' as it moves along as 'the' template, for all you are doing is seeking to replace one invention with another and as we have seen 'old' so called non-modernity abstract Islamic/Muslim inventions have even been tacked onto the 'modern' "norms of our own period" UN Human Rights charter - why not be honest if you believe the political/social construct you adhere to is in your view dangerous to humanity and even the adherents themselves change inventions. For tinkering with a cultural construct will not change the core attributes which have led to terror-genocide emanating from the culture in the first
place if there are no internal abstracted justified and authorised means of doing so and why should you or humanity wait while the bloody body count rises?

And
so it comes to pass ''for all who take the sword will perish by the sword as after they have slain Other they to in turn will be determined by such a codex as Other.' as we can see still in our streets 'monotheism faiths .. bashing one another' along with Other-pagans for not accepting as 'truth', divine dictate, significantly different ethics-morals-beliefs-motivation and methodology. So what inevitably happens, is happening? Am I a bigot, racist for demanding the culture be held to account to stop their altruistic enforcers/punishers increasingly as they have in the past appearing in humanities streets?

"Not surprisingly, religions tend to increase intolerance only when they are dominant."
People’s opium? Religion and economic attitudes, Luigi Guisoa, Paola Sapienzad, Luigi Zingalese, 2002

"Not surprisingly, religions tend to increase intolerance only when they are dominant." and there is no indication prior of building acts of terror determined a 'few' which does not portend worse to come?

No indication before the holocaust gets into full swing evidence of a culture's altruistic enforcers/punishers in the streets beginning on the well recognised road, recognised by those who have taken the trouble to challenge their sacred assumptions and check again the historic/social/psychological record/research? A cultural codex and dense network system which will prevent any 'reform' you believe will or actually does despite the evidence seek peace and harmony where such a culture becomes dominant in time by whatever means informs a diametrically opposed outcome? Obama is mistaken regards Indonesian and Turkish political/social regression in modernity terms?

“ Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached. ”
The passage originally appeared in the "Dialogue Held With A Certain Persian, the Worthy Mouterizes, in Anakara of Galatia written in 1391 as an expression of the views of the Byzantine emperor Manuel II Paleologus, one of the last Christian rulers before the Fall of Constantinople to the Muslim Ottoman Empire, on such issues as forced conversion, holy war, and the relationship between faith and reason.”

Yet the reality of what certain 'monotheism faiths' categorisation engines inform, as for goodness sake we see examples of throughout history each and every day, is quite different and the 'sacred word' determines Other is not deserving of the same treatment as I, neighbor-innocent not being of the 'faith' are
neither.

"'Religion and Violence. Paradoxes of Religious Communication' argues that violence in religious systems is present in at least three forms: It is inherent to communication with the ‘‘sacred,’’ it is generated by processes of inclusion and exclusion, shaping religiously interpreted lifeworlds, and it is motivated or moderated by the respective semantics of religious narratives. The paper concludes that violence as a moment of hierophany (manifestation of the sacred ) is constitutive for the living experience in religious systems and cannot be eliminated entirely by moderating semantics."

"Baron and Spranca 1997; Fiske and Tetlock 2002; Tetlock 2003) suggests that people resist attempts to compromise sacred values no matter the cost to themselves or others. In the last decade or so, experimental work that goes beyond the morality of fairness and harm suggests that religious and transcendental beliefs consolidate “community” (Rozin et al. 1999), lead to “binding” (Graham et al. 2011), provide “unity motivation” (Ray and Fiske 2011), and mobilize parochial altruists, such as suicide bombers, to give their lives for the group (Ginges, Hansen, and Norenzayan 2009; cf. Atran 2003). .......
Sacred values are nonnegotiable preferences whose defense compels actions beyond evident reason, that is, regardless of calculable costs and consequences (Ginges et al. 2007). Identity fusion occurs when personal and group identities collapse into a unique identity to generate a collective sense of invincibility and special destiny (Swann et al. 2012). These two programs account for different aspects of intractable intergroup conflicts; however, here and in a companion article (Sheikh, Gómez, and Atran 2016), we argue that sacred values and identity fusion interact to produce willingness to make costly sacrifices for a primary reference groups even unto death, that is, sacrificing the totality of self-interests. The Devoted Actor, Unconditional Commitment and Intractable Conflict across Cultures, by Scott Atran Current Anthropology Volume 57, Supplement 13, June 2016

"Religious people trust others more, trust the government more, are less willing to break the law, and believe more in the fairness of the market, but they are more intolerant and they have less progressive attitudes toward women... the characteristics that make somebody attend religious services on a regular basis also make her more intolerant toward immigrants and people of other races. Even if religious people are more intolerant because of personal characteristics, it is hard to imagine that a community that attracts the intolerant would not breed further intolerance.....
The relation between religion and intolerance seems to be present in all religious denominations, both for religious upbringing and for attendance at religious services. Only Buddhists are more tolerant. The point estimates for Protestants and Catholics are very similar, while those of Muslims are much higher, and those of Hindus even higher. Actively religious Hindus are 29 percent more intolerant than non-religious people, Muslims 19 percent, actively religious Protestant and Catholics 7 percent more.
.. religious people of all denominations (except Buddhists) are more inclined to believe that people in need are lazy and lack will power. The effect is somewhat stronger for Protestants than for Catholics.
. Not surprisingly, religions tend to increase intolerance only when they are dominant."

People’s opium? Religion and economic attitudes, Luigi Guisoa, Paola Sapienzad, Luigi Zingalese, 2002

intolerant: not tolerant of views, beliefs, or behaviour that differ from one's own.
synonyms: bigoted, narrow-minded, small-minded, parochial, provincial, insular, blinkered, illiberal, inflexible, dogmatic, rigid, uncompromising, unforgiving, unsympathetic

My view is there is a fatal assumption inherent in Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (‘UDHR”) and it is this.

Also from our own rational systems of development we believe we will be able to 'rationally' come to an understanding with other cultures about the error of their 'sacred values' and the benefit of our own yet the very sociology-anthropology paradigm determines these worldviews can be significantly different and in essence it is about managing significant difference not seeking resolution to lead to a peaceful harmonious societal space which significant values difference preclude from occurring. Instead we are to 'grow confidently' with another's cultures terror-genocide and oppression of women.

We are to accept as a part of the multiculturalism para
digm underwritten be generation of insane sociologists we must accept endemic social hostility for a 'drink of mint tea and Turkish pita' , and to underline the kafkaesque nature of our circumstance its Western Other cultures fault as they are not integrating the Muslim culture into Western culture where by mere observation of not only the Islamic/Muslim cultural codex, it is forbidden unless for necessity reasons to have anything to do with Other, Islamic/Muslim leaders are proclaiming fatwas, directive, ruling on a point of Islamic law given by a recognized authority, such as the fatwa in Sydney Australian which stipulated Muslims must follow the Islamic/Muslim cultures codex sacred value direction Muslims should have little or nothing to do with Other.

Is it any wonder  the
"Outplayed: Regaining Strategic Initiative in the Gray Zone" report sponsored by the Army Capabilities Integration Center in Coordination with Joint Staff J-39/Strategic Multi-Layer Assessment Branch reveals the reality which has led inexorably to WWI. WWII, "profound and paralyzing risk-confusion" regards enemy cultures utilising "combinations of influence, intimidation, coercion, and aggression. At the same time,.. exploiting, free-riding on, or are propelled by the generalized erosion or outright failure of traditional political authority." the same elite philosophy driven policy of appeasement of enemy cultures, determining well constructed argument under a Western rational model will surely convince internal cultures tearing societies apart and external cultures battering Western democratic walls to accept the obvious benefits of the Western Worldview. The absolute arrogance of Western influencers-drivers of policy is breathtaking.

Or worse we simply accept Muslim terror as a price we pay for the failed human abstract Freedom of Religion - failed if you believe having your children blown to bits by Muslims aggregate codex-development process is a failure of policy otherwise it is working perfectly.

Such
approach of a perception of common human rationality ignores a truth cultures imbue us with differing reactive tendencies regards perceived transgression against 'sacred values' correlated positively I would argue with the relative draconian nature of our codex and an inherent inability to even have a 'rational' discussion regards 'irrational' constructs-unable to be justified by empirical evidence i.e the subjugation of women to man's 'leadership' and sexual control.

Further
we have the insidious how long is a piece of string marginalisation excuse for terror Other are to blame for their own demise clearly evidence exists each claim of marginalisation is contradicted by the reverse occurring. The reality comes back to the codex-development-status anxiety in a dense network where holding to the true-perfect believer status and the justified-authorised methodology framing behavior leads to heightened aggression. The fact is this as we all exist in what are hierarchical status based societies marginalisation is a fact of life for all of us, it will be found. That is not to argue marginalisation does not occur in an oppressive form but the point is relatively do Other cultures inform the same terror-genocide behavior if not marginalisation cannot be the core contributing factor.

"The time has come for us to be honest with ourselves and indeed each other. The radicalisation that breeds terrorism is not conducted in the bush at night. The following is what we are being asked to accept by our political/social elite and they are surprised-shocked large segments of their citizenry are searching for a way to bring peace and security back to their streets and hold these inept dangerous cultural gatekeepers to account for enabling the unleashing of a culture's terror-genocide into their societal space.

‘We cannot eliminate entirely the risk of terrorism any more than we can eliminate the risk of any serious crime.’ said Neville Chamberlain British Prime Minister in 1938 ‘Humanity simply have to make political concessions to cultures delivering terror-genocide against Other cultures, seek to understand and respect their ideology and ignore the bloody bodies and those missing in the streets and ‘grow confidently' with Nazi terror.’.

"According to the Pew Research Center, religious hostilities reached a six-year high in 2012, with a third (33%) of countries in the high category, up from 20% just six years earlier.

The Islamic world is disproportionately affected. More than one-in-two (57%) Muslim-majority countries have high religious hostilities, more than double that of other countries (25%), as shown in the chart to the left.

Although religious hostilities affect countries throughout the world experience, Muslim-majority countries consistently have higher levels of a range of religious hostilities than other countries and by wide margins. For instance, Muslim-majority countries are more than three times more likely than other countries to have religion-related war, terror or sectarian violence"

You are asking fellow citizens to 'grow confidently' with such a cultures terror-genocide with political/social codex constructs clearly visible before us informing increased social hostility as it always has, 'accept our multicultural society as, designed by our university 'only ask the questions we allow you to' sociology departments, in all its manifestations inclusive of terror genocide and tragic outcomes for women because surely a 'drink of mint tea or Turkish pita is worth it' I for one believe such a request is sickening and dangerous. In fact I believe the contributors to the "Outplayed: Regaining Strategic Initiative in the Gray Zone" report determining the political/social elite as suffering from "profound and paralyzing risk-confusion"  is rather too generous.

Clearly the policy is leading inexorably to the past terror-genocide in both directions as cultural gatekeepers imprisoned by an abstract utopian view of society attempts to destroy their own cultures heritage values-beliefs and methodology and accept endemic terror-genocide in both directions as the price their citizens pay for the privilege, seeking to blame anyone except themselves for the broken bodies and lives in their streets. How the 'good' enforce so effectively the 'Tranquillity of Silence' and lead humanity in the appeasement of cultures of infamy into hell once again.

“Extremist groups, whatever their orientation, are gaining ground in Germany,” Thomas de Maiziere, the interior minister, said.
“Security forces observed not just a rise in membership but also an increase in violence and brutality.”

Extremist violence increasing in Germany, warns report,  The Telegraph, Justin Huggler, berlin, 28 JUNE 2016

Blaming the Press for anti-Muslim violence in the streets is the last refuge of a scoundrel as the reactive violence against Muslims is inevitable outcome of the political elite and its instruments such as the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) actively lying about the culpability of the Islamic/Muslim culture for the violent callous uncaring adherents the Islamic/Muslim families-communities and institutions systemically send into humanities streets -  these institutions such as ECRI are the generators of social hostility in both directions. Of course what will happen if a culture of terror-genocide is unleashed by a Other cultures own political-social elite against their own citizens?

And why is this the case it is because the Western cultural gatekeepers under dangerous assumptions all cultures inform the same inherent risk and the altruistic enforcers of a culture are 'sick' criminals not what they really are cultural agents has allowed and continues to do so a culture with an inherent cultural codex terror-genocide construct within their societies to inform the inevitable.

'The culture industry intentionally integrates its consumers (citizens) from above.' utilising cultural "intellectual forms" which "predominate in" societal space, subject to adaptation relative to the political/social power each cultural "intellectual form" are able to impose on the Other, the '..culture industry undeniably speculates on the conscious and unconscious state of the millions towards which it is directed, the masses are not primary, but secondary, they are an object of calculation; an appendage of the machinery. The customer (citizen) is not king, as the culture industry would have us believe, not its subject but its object.'. As relative cultural social/political power temporally changes so does the negotiated hybrid "intellectual form" reflected in state systems and policy.

In other words those promising Sharia law or any other Islamic/Muslim construct will never be reflected within a Western Democratic state systems or policy are lying if they allow the Islamic/Muslim "intellectual form"  to remain in societal private and public spheres. It is a promise which they can never fulfill, and if one looks out into societal space the cultural norms an anathema to notions of Modernity developed Liberty and Equality are already stalking the streets with bloody bodies already evidence of the cultural methodology to be utilised to leverage political
power.
