“It seemed that rebellion must have an unassailable base (Islam Islamist Dichotomy Paradigm), something guarded not merely from attack, but from fear of it"
Surah 9 At-Tawbah
27 Again will Allah, after this, turn (in mercy) to whom he will: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.....
29 Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Prophet, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
If a Culture Ideology's method of conflict resolution is clearly defined in its codex and exemplar behaviour as terror-genocide there is a very good reason why it is there and will remain there. Of course "the Afghan government and [the Afghan defense and security forces]" are optimistic Article 16. ...Do not let them ask you for things, since their greed will then make them look upon you only as a cow to milk.. T. E. Lawrence 1917, otherwise the cow with the milk would leave. To determine the Taliban will not continue terror-genocide, or another Islam/Muslim group will not replace the Taliban to inform the same in the same space given history since the 7th century and current events is gross dangerous stupidity-more treasure and precious lives wasted on the Islam Islamist Dichotomy Paradigm - the real enemy surrounds you, you are feeding both with experience, weapons and wealth-history has nothing to teach here?
“Establishing and maintaining cooperation on the level of the group would require individuals to engage not only in prosocial behaviour towards others, but also retribution for of uncooperative behaviour on the behalf of others, at a cost to themselves (“costly punishment”; see Henrich et al., 2006) in order to enforce fair and recipricol behaviour on the part of everyone (Fehr & Gachter, 2000; 2002.) Therefore, the enforcement of cooperative societies pivots on the willingness of individuals to engage in “altruistic punishment, “ or punishment of those who violate social norms without the incentive of material gain or even a cost to the punisher (Fehr & Gachter, 2002). Without altruistic punishment, norms of cooperation will be eroded by the unscrupulous, self-interested behaviour of free riders, cheaters, and defectors (Henrich et al., 2006)"
The Oxford Hand Book of Prosocial Behavior, 2015, p151
“Intense violence against groups of people almost always evolves progressively. People learn by doing. Their own actions change individuals, institutions, the norms, standards, and morality of a society or a dominant group in it. The evolution is facilitated by the passivity of bystanders, both the witnesses within that society and in the outside world. There is usually only limited resistance in the course of increasing devaluation, hostility, discrimination, and violence against groups of people, whether it be a racial, religious, ethnic, or political subgroup of society that ultimately becomes the victim of extreme violence. There is usually little or no early response by outside groups and nations. Many internal and external bystanders may become complicit, going on with business as usual, cooperating and doing business with a dominant group or government in the course of the evolution of increasingly harmful actions against a targeted group. But when a genocide begins, when people are actually killed, a few people in the society become rescuers, endangering themselves, and often their families, to save lives (Staub, 1989, 2011).”
The Roots of Helping, Heroic Rescue and Resistance to and the Prevention of Mass Violence: Active Bystandership in Extreme Times and in Building Peaceful Societies, Ervin Staub, 2015
The question we have to ask can Ervin Staub’s recommendations to stop Islam/Muslim rebellion, terror-genocide, given the evidence as we know where not all conflicts arising from significant differences between Culture Ideology’s are resolvable (See Lincoln’s view), is the option therefore to absorb a Very Violent Culture Ideology’s inherent systemic drift to inform terror-genocide acceptable, is such a policy worth the price.
At this time clearly it is perceived by the Western Democratic elite (as Obama believed it had to be) the Islam/Muslim community can be educated to align to Western Norms of non-violent conflict to resolve significant differences and at the same time determine Western Democratic aligned citizens can be educated to accept at the worst the potential of Islam-Muslim terror-genocide as a norm, and the ethics-morals-values-beliefs social/political method totally in contradiction of their own operate in their own space without counter-violence against the State or the Islam/Muslim Culture Ideology.
The Western Elite have determined a tight Islam/Muslim Culture Ideology can be shoehorned into a loose Western Democratic Culture Ideology. My view is this is impossible on both counts because each codex is diametrically opposed to the other in social and political relationships deemed as normative particularly for women. Also over time any number of leading Muslims within religious or State hierarchies have determined the Islam/Muslim violence unacceptable yet despite these views many other Muslims in the same or differing hierarchies determine otherwise. The Islam/Muslim terror-genocide continues so therefore must the Islam/Muslim development codex justification and authorisation.
“The revolution is facilitated” essentially at its core long before one views another pick up a sword, a gun, a bomb, drive a car,… for without already infused categorisation of Other out-groups and the methodology for dealing with internal and external deviance from norms, defection, rejection,.. and most importantly the nature, motivation(cognitive-emotional development settings) and speed of the justified and authorised moral shifting already known “change individuals, institutions, the norms, standards, and morality” result in “actions”. If it were true “actions” in and of themselves “change individuals, institutions, the norms, standards, and morality” then all actions of the same classification must lead to the same outcome change of “individuals, institutions, the norms, standards, and morality” or random outcomes in each case, clearly this does not happen. And the reason is each Culture Ideology development codex rationale system already determines what change is expected and the actions, which subsequently take place. Change in type of action occurs after the moral shift has taken place not before otherwise there would be no cognitive and emotional basis upon which to make the decision to take the action.
This can be demonstrated by comparing how different Culture Ideologies deal with what is seen as an inherent threat. Let us look at the Culture Ideology perception of internal Cold War Communist threat – Different Nations States in terms of constituent Culture Ideologies capacity to moral shift informed significantly different responses. How and why did Indonesian dominant Islam/Muslim Culture Ideology and the Australian dominant Western Democracy Culture Ideology action significantly different behavior with what at the time was determined as rightly or wrongly as an inherent threat?
In both cases social political action defined communists as a threat did this action “change individuals, institutions, the norms, standards, and morality” or did the “the norms, standards, and morality” already exist which determined limits to “change individuals, institutions” moral shift informing subsequent actions. In other words who/what determines altruist individuals behaviour the Culture Ideology development codex process or the individual swinging the sword? Who have you to be justifiably afraid of persisting in your space the Culture Ideology development codex process or an individual such a process creates?
… although the PKI (Communist Party of Indonesia) remained passive and gave only verbal support for the rebels in the beginning, with not even the entire core leadership (let alone ordinary members) having advance knowledge about the coup, the army and various political parties and organisations blamed the rebellion on the communists. Mass arrests against them started in early October 1965, large-scale killings in mid-October all over Java and in most of Sumatra, and by mid-November 1965 also in Bali, where the bloodbath would be the worst. On March 11, 1966 , Sukarno handed over power de facto to Suharto, who banned the PKI the next day.
Religion had played a major role in violent conflicts in Indonesia since the 1950’s, especially in the Darul Islam rebellion that affected multiple regions. Yet those clashes had taken place between Islamicists and representatives of the secular state, whereas communists had hardly been victimised at all. Now, the alleged despising of religion by leftists provided one of the major arguments for murder in varying contexts. Islamic leaflets blemished communists as “anti-religion and anti-god” and “devils”. The killing in Pasuruan, East Java, started with incitement by the central mosque announcer. In several locations, including Kediri, East Java, the killers were blessed by Islamic leaders or a fatwa was issued. The fact that the majority of the – compared to land struggles – rare previous conflicts with religious connotation on record in East Java before the coup were related to folk theatre would suggest the communist provocations were innocuous.
… Many ludruk theatre actors in East Java had their throats cut by Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) members…

Australia's Communist Party Dissolution Act, F.R.BEASLEY, Nedlands, Australia1951 - HeinOnline
“The political climate of Australia should have been tolerant of Communists. In contrast with Germany and America, the High Court had struck down a major attempt to outlaw the Communist party.
The political circumstances preceding and following the Australian High Court's decision of 1951 provides a unique opportunity to determine the political climate prevailing in that country. A substantial portion of the campaign in the 1949 and 1951 elections was given over to the issue of the Australian Communist party. A national referendum was submitted to the people of Australia to change the High Court's invalidation of the Communist Party Dissolution Act. The public's attitude was being tapped directly through the referendum.
Leicester Webb has written that "in the Commonwealth elections at the end of 1949, the Communist issue was important, though perhaps less important than banking policy, nationalization, and the cost of living." Under the leadership of Robert G. Menzies, the Liberal-Country party coalition had taken a strong stand against the Communists. On November 10, 1949, Menzies denounced the Communists as "unscrupulous opponents of religion, of civilized government, of law and order, of national security." He declared that if his coalition were given the chance to form a government, legislation would be introduced outlawing the Communist party.
The Labour party had defined its attitude at the 18th Triennial Conference in 1945. The delegates nevertheless announced their opposition to any proscription of the Communist party. Dr. H. V. Evatt, the Attorney-General, expressed the viewpoint of the Labour party leadership. He stated that the Communist party was not illegal. "Communists are fellow citizens. Let them have freedom of expression unless they break the law of the country."
The Labour party's total of the 1949 vote was 48 per cent compared with 53 per cent in 1946. The Liberal-Country party coalition took over the Government and within a short time introduced the Communist Party Dissolution Act. The defeat of Labour at the polls was largely due to the party's attitude
Parliamentary politics surrounding the Dissolution Bill placed the Labor in a very critical position. Although Labour failed to dominate the House of Representatives, the party still retained a substantial majority in the upper house. Hence Labour had an opportunity to resist the Dissolution Act at that level. However, the possibility of a double dissolution faced them. If Labor members supported the Bill, they would be going against their principles. If they did not they would likely face a new election and lose their majority in the Senate. When a deadlock materialized between the two houses, the Labour majority was forced to accept the Bill. Leicester Webb reported that, in August, Australian opinion polls indicated the Labour party would receive a “colossal setback” if it were to remain firm and forced a double dissolution on the Communist Dissolution Bill.
Also Labour accepted the Bill without receiving the necessary amendments the party hoped that the High Court would declare the Act unconstitutional. Cases were already planned by trade unions lawyers. The Deputy Chairman of the Labour party, Dr. Evatt - a constitutional lawyer – certainly was aware of the possibility of action on the part of the High Court.
As a result of disagreement over techniques of control of the Commonwealth Bank, Prime Minister Menzies was granted authority to dissolve both houses and call for new elections a week after the High Court's decision. The people again had an opportunity to express themselves on the Communist issue. The Government campaign concentrated on the international tensions and the threat from the Soviet Union and communism. Labour emphasized domestic economic problems. Although the Liberal-Country party coalition Government retained control of Government, Labour managed to pick up five seats. At the same time Labor lost its majority in the Senate.
According to Article 128 of the Australian Constitution of the House of Representatives an absolute majority can propose a constitutional change which then must be submitted to the people in a national referendum. After the 1951 election the Government submitted to the people the "Constitutional Alteration (Powers to deal with Communists and Communism) Law, 1951." In effect, the people were being asked to approve a Dissolution Act and to grant additional powers to the Commonwealth in the area of controlling political nonconformists.
Shortly after the referendum campaign began, 80 per cent of the public was recorded as favoring the constitutional alteration, 12 per cent against and 8 per cent undecided. It would appear that the Australians were far from being tolerant of the Communists. Over a period of time the public gradually changed its attitude: For the Ban of Communism: July, 80 per cent, August, 73 per cent, September, 53 per cent and finally, the referendum banning the party was actually defeated in October with 50.48 per cent of the people voting "no”.

Cleary in defining deviance within any Culture Ideology be it in the Western Democracies boasting of checks and balances to ward off dangerous constructs either by elites or the masses, individuals can and do suffer injustice and perceived change in threat by the State and citizens, being a member of the communist party or like political parties now had an increased cost socially and politically with an affect on the definition of Freedom.
For positive aspects of notions underlying communism of working together for a common goal and ameliorating of real exploitation of workers due to internal or external causes which Marxism sought, totally ineffectually, to solve simply by replacing one oppression with a more draconian one, introduced a return to confrontational politic, where even those working in Australia’s Foreign Affairs Department suffered career consequences. It must be remembered communism as represented in totalitarian regimes of Stalin and Mao Zedong with little political power to challenge the State and the Marx recommended violence required to achieve and maintain communism and be rid of private ownership raised fears, though in the Western Democracies case as in Australia could only be deemed internally as “nuisances”, communists were not utilising violence-terror as an inherent method within Australian streets to achieve a political worldview.
Certainly the Soviet Unions determination to destabilise and in time undermine Western Democracies to encourage communism as an acceptable ideal existed but the reality of lived life meant communism as it revealed itself behind the propaganda held little appeal in the West other than a fairy tale for most. I must admit I believed that fairy tale far longer than the evidence supported my reason for doing so. Marxism is violence dressed in chiffon, gorgeous until the predestined trip on the stairs. You create a system utilising violence to be rid of Other, violence will be required to maintain the resultant rational system, for on the way everyone in turn becomes suspect, fear turns on itself, the rational you utilise against others in turn can be utilised against you.
The point of the comparison and comment above regards Indonesia and Australia is not to claim there were not victims or changes in deviance categories in one but not the other, but the relative utilisation of violence and due process when coming to a social/political determination Communist organisations will be will not be banned and punished and the relative role and nature of the Islam/Muslim Culture Ideology when compared to Western Democratic derived ethics methodology of dealing with threat from a Culture Ideology and whether or not the Islam/Muslim Culture Ideology remained focused on the communists or opportunistically ranged over their whole terror-genocide categorisation of Other – unbelievers and hypocrites. And to reflect if the same Culture Ideology exists in our own space informing the same terror why is it we are absorbing this Culture Ideologies terror-genocide and not seeking to remove the Culture Ideology as no Culture Idology has a right to deliver systemic terror against fellow citizens in the same space, proved to be delivered to humanity wherever this Culture Ideology has been enabled to reside to continue to inform the same?

“Under tremendous psychological or physical pressure, groups of members of the PKI or affiliated unions, women, youth, and peasant organisations publicaly renounced communism in many parts of the country, repented their ‘errors,’ dissolved their organisation’s local or regional branches, and pledged support for Indonesia’s state ideology Pancasila. … The abrupt change of the political and moral climate, the hegemony of slander against the PKI that allowed radical violence against its members to appear so natural to many, engulfed and overwhelmed more than a few party members too. … In other cases the retractors were often forced to ‘prove’ their honesty by denouncing other members of their organisation, who in turn could be arrested and murdered. It seems that some even took part in killing themselves. …
In the strictly Islamic province of Aceh, 2,000 Chinese were said to have been forced to convert to Islam. The pressure in other regions could be just as large; almost all the traditional-syncretist Sasaks in Lombok converted to Islam between 1965 and 1975, and many in the Yogyakarta area. … Some communists seem to have sought protection by religious communities in the months of the most intense mass murder. Some fled to mosques or temples-often in vain. The bulk of the conversions, however, were meant to safeguard former members of leftist organisations, Chinese, and religious dissenters from on going persecution and to help them in case they were arrested again. Viewed from another angle, this was a more or less conformist act of social self-integration by either disguising or revoking earlier held ideas or beliefs.”

Evidence clearly supports a view if a many’s Culture Ideology development codex process delivers terror-genocide and another delivers the same with the exact same logic utilised to classify Other out-groups then they must both be defined as deviant. Not to do so is pure dangerous absurdity.
For it is a logic which determines scientific evidence two different snakes have the exact same lethality to humans are not equally lethal as one snake is determined not lethal at all because it happens to have a very colourful tail, such a categorisation would tend to have lethal consequences.
As there are no 'cleanskin' Nazis as there are no 'cleanskin' Lakemba Muslims, As in time and space there are no “successful multicultural nations” where the Islam-Muslim Biology/Culture Ideology is enabled by dangerous elites to destroy their own Culture Ideology from within and without.
Islam-Muslim Biology/Culture Ideology’s war against Other inherently informs as an integral part of the strategy of forcing internal compliance and external conversion from the very beginning of the Mohammad’s and friends human self-serving ideological fabrication to divide up Others wealth and subjugate women to Mans sexual control the utilisation one, or small groups of Muslims utilising extreme violence at the one on one, family, community and institution level for economic, social and political Islam/Muslim ethic-value-belief social/political method framed goals. To therefore go on a claim because in a specific social/political space only one or small groups of Muslims the so called ‘few’ are utilising terror-genocide the many whose floors they walk from are not responsible-culpable ignores a truth this is the very means by which the Islam-Muslim Biology/Culture Ideology has sought and currently seeks to enforce its worldview not only when in minority but when in majority as the violence is institutionalised and still remains as a threat within the society of one or small group initiated violence as we see in Pakistan, Egypt, ……..
It is the fact violence-terror can be proven to exist inherently and systemically within the Islam/Muslim Biology/Culture Ideology and played out right in front of us in our streets inclusive of violence or the threat of it within Muslim families themselves to enforce adherence, must be the determiner of policy for with the so called Muslim ‘good’ ‘moderate’ always deliver from their very family, community and institutional floors evil which means they are evil. If you create evil, send it into humanities streets as with the Nazi ‘good’ ‘moderate’ and are not held culpable what will increasingly be seen in your streets?

Surah 60 Al-Mumtahanah
The Examined One
1 O ye who believe! Take not my enemies and yours as friends (or protectors)-offering them (your) love, even though they have rejected the Truth that has come to you, and have (on the contrary) driven out the Prophet and yourselves (from your homes), (simply) because ye believe in Allah your Lord! If ye have come to strive in My Way and to seek My Good Pleasure, (take them not as friends), holding secret converse of love (and friendship) with them: for I know full well all that ye conceal and all that ye reveal. And any of you that does this has strayed from the straight path.
2 If they were to get the better of you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you for evil: and they desire that ye should reject the Truth.”

Surah 58 Al-Mujadilah
14 Turnest thou not thy attention to those who turn (in friendship) to such as have the Wrath of Allah upon them, and swear to falsehood knowingly.
19 Satan has got the better of them: so he made them lose the remembrance of Allah. They are the party of the Satan. Truly, it is the Party of the Satan that will perish!
20 Those who resist Allah and his Messenger will be among those most humiliated.
21 Allah has decreed:’It is I and my Messengers who must prevail’: for Allah is One full of strength, able to enforce His Will.
22 Thou will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, loving those who resist Allah and His Messenger, even though they were their fathers or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred. …
"A Melbourne woman who told how she felt like an "animal" and a "slave" while practising Islam says she hopes she'll inspire other female Muslims to "free themselves" from the religion.
Nadia (last name with held) and her eldest daughter Allawea are now in hiding, after their family turned against them when the pair denounced Islam.
"It is in an honour for them to kill somebody whose turned away from Islam, and their own mother has turned away from Islam so I mean nothing to them," the 40-year-old told A Current Affair.
Things escalated in October last year, when Nadia's two eldest sons turned up at her former home in Melbourne's western suburbs, brutally bashing her new husband.
"They were screaming we're going to kill you, we need you dead," she told ACA.
The young men fled when police arrived, with officers later allegedly finding several rifles in their possession.
The 40-year-old, originally from Bendigo, met her ex-husband when she was in her late teens. She fell head over heels and converted to Islam but "struggled to do daily prayers, daily washing" and "read the Koran".
"I watched my children giving me their seconds off their plate ... and that was okay because I was western and white, and not Muslim," she said.
She claims she denounced the faith after growing concerned about growing anti-western sentiment in the family and discovering her ex-husband had been seeing other women – a move that ultimately led to the October incident.
"Maybe after today, there will be some women who will say 'hey I am human, I'm not an animal' and maybe they will get the chance to be free," she said. "

Article 21. ...Islam is so all-pervading an element that there is little religiosity, little fervour, and no regard for externals. Do not think from their conduct that they are careless. Their conviction of the truth of their faith, and its share in every act and thought and principle of their daily life is so intimate and intense as to be unconscious, unless roused by opposition. Their religion is as much a part of nature to them as is sleep or food. ...
Article 22. ... Unnumbered generations of tribal raids have taught them more about some parts of the business than we will ever know. In familiar conditions they fight well, but strange events cause panic. Keep your unit small. Evolution of a Revolt, – T. E. Lawrence, 1920
The Islam-Muslim Culture Ideology strategy of war is one of dissimulation, attrition, insurgency, of rebellion developed as a revolt against existing elites, of initial individual tribal violence derived from face-honor attack represented by the existence of significant Other contradictory ethics social/political method in the same space, for extreme fear born of extreme violence is the only way to achieve mass defection of Other. The unassailable base the Western Democratic developed Islam Islamist Dichotomy Paradigm determining in time, “perfections of means and spirit struggle quite in vain” as the “few” are enabled, absorbed by Western Democracies as normality, terror-genocide a natural occurance.
The Quran is clear extreme violence is required not so much for those Other present for they as in Indonesia and across time since the 7th century, as the Greek and Roman Platonists know the only option is conversion or death, Other being unpunished represents weakness and power obtained by violence necessarily requires violence to be maintained as Ghandi rightly informs us.
The individual acts develop into groups action as the social/political indoctrination is increasingly controlled-enforced by True Believer devotes-altruists within Islam-Muslim families, communities, institutions.
Quran justification and authority enforced Culture Ideology separation of Muslims into enclaves enunciated from the hierarchy to adherents is part of the necessary road to terror-genocide 'Hear it and do not react with force to close down the source(s) then pay for the resulting terror, for despite claims to the contrary as in Indonesia as elsewhere what actually happens on the ground will have no equivalent to platitudes mouthed by the 'good' adherent of a Islam-Muslim terror-genocide codex.
Then as the Muslims gain friction experience dealing with Others security forces police and military and the adaptive means of increasing damage continually out of proportion to their numbers then as in Indonesia, everywhere the Islam-Muslim culture is enabled there will be enmasse terror-genocide, conversions, subjugation, diminished politic, division of the wealth and power of the deleted. It has always been thus as it is happening as I type and yet you believe somehow Western Democracies inc Australia will be spared what Islam-Muslims always deliver.
It is only ever the 'few' at the sharp end with any Biology/Culture Ideology but not all Biology/Culture Ideologies have such a clear record of development of their behavioural variance systemically informing schism and destruction of Other with subjugation of women thrown in for good measure.
We in the West understand the Islam-Muslim war is a war of the ‘few’ derived from the many until the many are the ‘few’ then kiss your Culture Ideology goodbye – yours has been buried in history as many before it as fools have no use for history until its too late.
In my case, the effort for these years to live in the dress of Arabs, and to imitate their mental foundation, quitted me of my English self, and let me look at the West and its conventions with new eyes: they destroyed it all for me. The same time I could not sincerely take on Arab skin: it was an affection only. Easily was a man made infidel, but hardly might he be converted to another faith. I had dropped one form and not taken on the other, and was become like Mohammed’s coffin in our legend, with a resultant feeling of intense loneliness in life, and a contempt, not for other men, but for all they do. Such detachment came at times to a man exhausted by prolonged physical effort in isolation. His body plodded on mechanically, while his reasonable mind left him, and from without looked down critically on him, wondering what that futile lumber did and why. Sometimes these selves would converse in the void; and then madness was very near, as I believe it would be near the man who could see things through the veils at once of two customs, two educations, two environment.”

"Forced marriages are also often quoted as a reason why women in distress seek suicide as an escape.
Fighting, mutilated physically and/or psychologically or dying for what cause to remain in place - your cause a Culture Ideology you are willing to die for? As the Islam Islamist Dichotomy Paradigm, as it always will, washes your sacrifice away as you train-supply both sides, which are in essence exactly the same, with the very means leading to your Culture Ideology's destruction. Dissimulation from such a Culture Ideology emanates continually from the friendly, good moderate as what walks continually from their floors?
The solution: Determine what constitutes a Very Violent Culture Ideology development codex and then create policy to exclude the Very Violent Culture Ideology development codex from Public and Private space with law which does not utilise violence as a method for to do so means you become what you abhor. Violence will definitely be a possibility in reaction as Very Violent Culture Ideology codex will specify, developed from experience, Others attempt to remove it violently or otherwise and the codex and exemplar template will determine extreme violence as a normal response.
