"When the work is done,
Everyone says
We just acted naturally"
Tao Te Ching

True Facts are important and it therefore follows we must not let our social imagination frame fantasy which seeks to propose a lie as truth, that the culture-ideology family, community, institutions conception to death biological/cultural development process from which one originates has nothing or little significant connection to one’s behavior. Policy based upon a lie rarely leads to positive outcomes as the increasing number of dead bodies in our streets attest.

“Severe violent behavior is almost always the product of transactions between predisposing individual differences (dispositional or socialized) and precipitating situational influences (see, e.g., Anderson & Huesmann, 2003; Guerra & Huesmann, 2004; Huesmann, 1998). Exposure to violence is one important experience that contributes to predisposing a person to behave more violently in the long run and to precipitating violent behavior in the short run (Huesmann, Eron, & Dubow, 2003; Huesmann & Kirwil, 2007). The short-term precipitating effects seem to be due mostly to priming, mimicry, and excitation transfer (Bushman & Huesmann, 2006). The long-term socializing effects include the observational learning of cognitions supporting aggression (aggressive scripts, beliefs, and hostile world schemas; Huesmann & Kirwil, 2007) as well as long-term changes in emotional reactions to violence (Boxer & Sloan-Power, 2013).”

“Last October, a police officer in Edmonton was struck with a car and stabbed, and four other people were later deliberately hit by a U-Haul truck. The driver of both vehicles, a Somali immigrant, was arrested in what Prime Minister Trudeau called a terrorist attack.

In 2014, a driver in the Montreal area struck two members of the Canadian armed forces and was shot and killed by the police, who described the attack as Islamist terrorism. One of the victims died.”

“Cultural and social norms are highly influential in shaping individual behaviour, including the use of violence. Norms can protect against violence, but they can also support and encourage the use of it. For instance, cultural acceptance of violence, either as a normal method of resolving conflict or as a usual part of rearing a child, is a risk factor for all types of interpersonal violence. It may also help explain why countries experiencing high levels of one type of violence also experience increased levels of other types. Social tolerance of violent behaviour is likely learned in childhood, through the use of corporal punishment or witnessing violence in the family, in the media or in other settings.”

“Swedish schools are now planning on reinforcing security measures in schools due to the aggravated situation. There are a growing number of violent conflicts, often involving knives and other kinds of weapons.

Last year, a 17- year old Afghani refugee was stabbed to death by another 17-year old Afghani pupil in a school in south of Stockholm.

But many serious incidents never reach mainstream media. Even schools that have previously been more or less calm are now ridden by severe problems, often connected to groups of different ethnicities and problems involving “honour”.”

Quran Surah 33 AL-AHZAB The Confederates
"60 Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the city, desist not, we shall certainly stir thee up against them: then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time: (those to be cleansed from the neighbourhood are not only those determined as 'stirring up sedition', also hypocrite Muslims, first in line, determined as not being 'true' Muslims and Other cultures whose different beliefs determines them diseased-what happens when cultures have in their sacred ethical codex, be it secular or theological defined categories of peoples the culture determine 'diseased'?)

61 They shall have a curse on them: wherever they are found, they shall be seized and slain (without mercy). (There is no equivocation "shall be seized and slain (without mercy)", those publically espousing Islam does not inform, justify and authorise extreme violence against Other cultures are either liars or deluded either way they are a danger to humanity for what do they enable to continue to exist in humanities streets?))

62 (Such was) the practice (approved) of Allah among those who lived afortime: no change will they’ll find in the practice (approved) of Allah. (Islam-Muslim directive "no change will they’ll find in the practice (approved) of Allah", not 'This is archaic medieval text please ignore', this is what Muslims are demanded by God-Allah to do right now and into the future in humanities streets, What must happen?)
73 (With the result) that Allah has to (not may or do not, has to) punish the Hypocrites, men and women, and the Unbelievers, men and women, and Allah turns in Mercy to the Believers, men and women: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
"Words are dangerous weapons." New South Wales Attorney-General Gabrielle Upton, 2015.

True "Words are dangerous weapons."

"words matter" Australian Federal Police Commissioner Andrew Colvin 2015

True "words matter" because they construct our reality, they illicit behavioral response, emotional response, cognitive response physical effect, the Australian Security services, military and non-military may be constructed by words as being the protectors from or the enablers of terror-genocide against their own citizens. This is why, true "Words are dangerous weapons." for to provide words which construct a contradictory reality, those perceiving themselves via language word constructs to be protectors as being the opposite, and evidence(words) proving this to be so has effect. Trouble is if research(words) are any indication will reinforce, despite the evidence(words), belief in their own moral high ground albeit is built on the broken bodies and lives of increasing numbers of citizens. You allow a culture-ideology with the schemas and more quoted  above from the Quran the Muslim ethical sacred template to keep delivering the same under what moral word construct do you in reality exist despite your best of intentions-what is in the streets?

The Culture? The Biology? The Priming? The Mimicry? The Long-term Socializing effects? The Observational Learning of Cognitions Supporting Aggression? The Aggressive Scripts? The Beliefs? The Hostile World Schemas? The Culpability? The Policy? The Complicity?

"Truth More Important Than Ever?"

Do you really believe the flooding of public venues by impressive armed security forces armed with machine guns, sitting atop buildings with sniper rifles, placing concrete bollards across society, semi-trailers across streets after and prior to the inevitable removes your culpability and complicity in the inevitable murder of fellow citizens by Muslim moderates who create and send their altruist terrorists into our streets?

"words matter"

Freedom of Religion is built on the myth of the Peace of Westphalia, signed in 1648, which ended the Thirty Years' War. It is the basis of an argument accepting other Religions in your space removes intercultural conflict. In fact the Peace of Westphalia was not at all about an individual persons right to Freedom of Religious practice in whatever space you moved into, but about State sovereignty, it is a States right to determine what ethical constructs it allows to exist in its space and alliances it makes subject to one important proviso such actions by the State will not compromise the Public Peace. I would determine having citizens murdered in your streets by a culture compromises the Public Peace.

"Matthew Beard, a fellow at the Ethics Centre points to former Army chief David Morrison's famous principle "the standard you walk past is the standard you accept", but also notes "you can't fight a war on every front".

Also one of the main reasons for the Peace of Westphalia was the fact Islam was driving hard up through the Balkans plus threatening Europe from Africa after Islam was forced out of Spain. Christian States were involved in wars with Islam on two fronts and could not afford to continue the internal struggle regards differing interpretations of Christian dogma and survive. Replay of the Roman Empire averted, for now.

The Peace of Westphalia, was a Peace between Christian States, Islam was not a signatory and if one simply picks up the Quran and reflects nor can Islam ever be, for separation of power into Church and secular State power where it is the secular state which decides what ethics will reside in its space i.e. individual people or the State override religious precepts is forbidden. And also it was viewed at the time (1648) and clearly as the broken bodies and lives in Melbourne attest in no way could Islam be compatible or be accommodated due to significant ethical-belief social/political method differences=major social schism=compromised Public Peace.

The State should note under the agreement of the Peace of Westphalia any State by its actions compromised the Public Peace, the State would be firstly be subject to non-violent attempts of persuasion by Other States to change its policy and then if the State persisted in informing evil other States were authorised by the Peace of Westphalia to act against that State with whatever means including war to have such a State change its policy effect.

And hatred will remain.”

“A PROFESSIONAL athlete who works closely with young Africans both in and out of prison says Australia needs to face up to its problem with Sudanese gangs.

Nelly Yoa, a South Sudanese footballer, was also injured in a high-profile machete attack in Melbourne in 2011.

His commentary comes after a string of headline-grabbing violent incidents in Melbourne last month. Among them were an attempted ambush on officers, a shopping centre cop bashing, an out-of-control house party riot which forced heavily-armed police to retreat and a mass brawl at St Kilda beach.

In an editorial for Fairfax Media, Yoa wrote he is “furious and in total disbelief” because police and government officials “say there are no Sudanese gangs in Melbourne”.

“Nobody should ever try and cover up or defend this unacceptable behaviour — to do so is immoral and inexplicable,” he wrote. “It is upsetting and completely false.

“It is a fact that South Sudanese are over-represented in crime statistics and are causing great harm and fear across communities in Melbourne.

…“It’s about disengagement, it’s about employment, it’s about a whole range of things.” acting chief commissioner Shane Patton”

If indeed “It’s about disengagement, it’s about employment” every other culture would be represented in the same proportion they are not therefore its South Sudanese cultural-ideology, culture has taught it is OK to utilize violence to get what you want otherwise the South Sudanese would not be significantly “over-represented “ in violent attacks against their fellow citizens. Clearly immigration-security vetting officials must be held to account for authorizing such violent cultures admittance without first completing a course in social psychology of violence and therefore be able to make a proper threat assessment against fellow citizens.

Victoria Police Commander Russell Barrett said the crimes were an example of "thuggish" behaviour, by "young people in our community who have no apparent care for the rights and wellbeing of their fellow citizens"."

This Monty Pythonesque dangerous delusion all cultures are equally sacred equally good despite research to the contrary and the evidence of broken bodies and lives in Australian streets as elsewhere, needs urgent revision.

In 2015 Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) director-general Duncan Lewis empathically rejected the view “Islamic extremism is in some way fostered or sponsored or supported by the Muslim religion”. He went further to claim it is “blasphemous to the extent that I can comment on someone else’s religion.”. Further stating such a connection between Islamic extremism and the Muslim religion was not “smart” and “very, very dangerous”, inferring being “smart” by not making the connection and holding the Muslim religion/Muslim culture culpable means “This problem is solvable.”. (Maiden 2015) The problem being "Islamic extremism".

In 2017 ASIO director-general Duncan Lewis stated it was only a “very few” who were “subjects of interest” and further the (Muslim) refugees or children of (Muslim) refugees involved in three fatal terror attacks were terrorists not because they are (Muslim) refugees but because of the "violent extremist interpretation of Sunni Islam that they have adopted“.(Yaxley 2017)

Do the images above, the number 22 as many of the same images and numbers of victims support the ASIO director-general Duncan Lewis' view it is only the 'Few' Muslims supporting Islamic extremism, is  ASIO director-general Duncan Lewis by introducing the construct of Islam blasphemy paradigm as valid within a Democratic space aligned to which of the images above or indeed both? What threat do such ethics-belief pose to the definition of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity if held by many more of our Western elite than just one framing Australian and indeed Western national security policy?

As Albert Einstein learned from personal experience there will always (statistically) be the 'good' but the point is does this make any difference in the streets, do individuals, in fact can individuals of a culture-ideology change the biological-cultural nexus and they themselves not morally shift to positions as dictated by their specific cultural-ideological spectrum, publicly disavowed either directly or indirectly, from silence to active participation or a combination of both as we see currently in Iranian streets with 22 dead, as the many march in support of the culture-ideology Islam whose cultural-ideological spectrum will inform such blood, such subjugation in the streets?

We are creatures of our culture not the reverse, we are not individuals with freewill, our will our natures are circumscribed by biology-culture-we accept this as a basis of policy or we continue to inform increasing major schism in our streets and put our very culture at risk - i.e. democratic institutions cannot stand whilst culture-ideologies whose core precepts clearly stated before us in their sacred codex and exemplar behavior and action historic and current in our own space or elsewhere determines such a construct an anathema and proceed as they are to wear away Democracies foundations. On what basis do you believe you and your culture will be exempt where no Other have ever been?

I was once of the opinion reason, dialogue will resolve inter-cultural differences surely we have more in common than we have differences, I even wrote we simply have to talk to the Taliban etc, the evidence of continuing cultural derived broken bodies and subjugation of women before me meant I had to recheck my assumptions, I read the peaceful poetic sacred text and found innocents severely circumscribed, dehumanised Other, the violent elimination of Other a test of faith, and the act of violence had to be so severe as to be a message not for those directly observing but those many not present-unmitigated fear to control adherents and non-adherents alike, found psychology research determines, some cultures inherently inform violence internal and external, it is delusion to believe significant worldview differences inherent in a heavily monitored-enforced culture-biological worldview loop, which necessarily contains script-schema-model for your terrorised conversion-elimination can ever be reasoned with.

"The use of force and violence is more commonplace and prevalent in some families, communities, religions, cultural/ethnic groups and societies based on the views and values about adult prerogatives with children espoused. They may also be based upon the sociopathy of the perpetrators."
Treatment of Complex Trauma Courtois/Ford @2016

"Culture, of course, is related to violence in general and not only to structural violence. For example, culture influences the determination of "thresholds" which pressure on a person must overcome in order to move that person from being controllable, or even positive, to being negative (that is, into violence)." The Culture of Violence, Chp 3. On the relationship between violence and culture - Galtung's concept

"Without the ceaseless pulsating heartbeat of our "categorization engine, we would understand nothing around us, could not reason in any form whatever, could not communicate to anyone else, and would have no basis on which to take any action.
every culture constantly, although tacitly, reinforces the impression that words are simply automatic labels that come naturally to mind and that belong intrinsically to things and entities"

"The culture in which one is immersed influences how one behaves towards others on all levels: and individual to another individual, as members of a group towards members of another group, as an individual or group member to the institutionalised social will. Implicit default assumptions about others influence individual cultural worldviews and habit which in turn shape the culture of child rearing that adults provide influencing the next generation and so on."
Neurobiology and the Development of Human Morality, Darcia Navais, 2014

"Just as cultural variation clearly dictates the language children eventually speak, cultural variation exerts significant and differential influences over mental, emotional, and social development of children. Every culture is characterized, and distinguished from other cultures, by deep-rooted and widely acknowledged ideas about how one needs to feel, think, and act as a functioning member of the culture. These beliefs and behaviors shape how parents rear their offspring. Culture helps to construct parents and parenting, just as culture helps to define mental health. Culture is also maintained and transmitted by influencing parental cognitions that in turn shape parenting practices. Whether culturally universal or specific, controls are in place to ensure that each new generation acquires culturally appropriate and normative patterns of beliefs and behaviors."
